Meritt Global Holdings is the official publishing, distribution, and royalty management division of Meritt Records. Meritt Global Holdings was founded in 2023 with acquisitions from Affable Music LLC and assistance from its parent company, Meritt Records LLC. Since its establishment in 2023, the company has gained widespread recognition in the Liberian music industry and is poised to become a major force on a global scale.

With plans to operate as a separate corporation beginning in the summer of 2026 while being the official publisher of Meritt Records, the company will shift its focus to also publishing and distributing independent artists, authors, and filmmakers around the world. Meritt Global Holdings' catalogs will contain music, movies, books, and other items.

E-boy Music, founded by Liberian rapper E-boy, is a rising independent label that focuses on artist development and management. E-boy Music is an official partner of Meritt Records.

E-boy, a long-time Meritt Records artist, earned a name for himself with the release of his debut album 'It's My Time,' produced by F.E.J, with songs like 'Shake That' and subsequent singles like 'Someone Special' feat. Jodi Clarke. His enthusiasm for music blossomed into something broader, one that included providing a helping hand by promoting independent artists in Liberia.

With artists mostly from Liberia, West Africa, the label has made progress in captivating the world via a vision similar to that of Meritt Records: to nurture creativity and strengthen the Liberian music industry.
